ICAD is one of the best ways to kickstart your creative practice. I’ve participated for many years and I am so grateful to Tammy for her work to inspire so many artists. I am looking forward to participating again this year and sharing my work on Substack.
I'm going to post my cards (and also gouache stuff I'm doing) at substack notes, not sure if you have done that, I find it more like early twitter, if that makes sense? There are plenty of lovely interactions (and yeah I try to ignore the not so authentic stuff).
Tammy, I'm excited ICAD is back again, I can't believe it's 16 years. But then my son was only small when we first joined in and now he's 21 and moving overseas! I'm sending him with a pack of cards and we're going to share our daily card with each other. This is a challenge that has meant a lot to us both over the years, thank you so much for continuing this fabulous tradition.
Oh my gosh Kelly 😭 sending hugs because I know this is hard stuff. I'm happy that art is one of the ways you will continue to stay connected with your son while he is living far away!!! My daughters are just a few years older and we made SO much art together & spent many summers creating ICADs! 💚💚💚
Three years and counting. Last year I had two of my creative friends join. We had fun! Thank you for continuity!
Sylvia, three years is incredible (and yay you for bringing friends into this crazy challenge)!🌀
I'm so looking forward to another ICAD season! Thank you tammy
So glad you'll be taking part, Lenna, you've been an ICADian since the early days!
Our creative community has been so fortunate to have your amazing ideas as inspiration throughout the years of this incredible challenge Tammy🫶
Thanks my friend, hugs back to you for being a positive force for good 🌈💗 in this world.
I'm so excited to start my third year of ICAD!
Oh, fantastic! I look forward to seeing what you create. 🌈💚
